Did you make a mistake when submitting a withdrawal request?
Don’t worry! Our development team has implemented a feature that allows you to manage your withdrawal requests, track them, and, if necessary, cancel them quickly and easily.
Steps to cancel a withdrawal request:
- Access the "History" section (Financial Transactions).
- Locate the withdrawal request. Find the relevant transaction and check its current status.
- Select the cancel icon, you’ll find an icon represented by the emoji (🚫). Click on this icon to initiate the cancellation process.
- Confirm the cancellationYou will be asked to confirm the cancellation. Once confirmed, the transaction will be stopped, and the funds will be credited back to your internal wallet.
Important note:
This feature is only available until the transaction has been fully processed. Once the funds are sent to the specified address, it will no longer be possible to cancel the request.
We recommend always double-checking the entered information before confirming any withdrawal to avoid any inconvenience.
