Steps to Withdraw Funds

Part 1: Transfer Funds to the Internal Wallet

If you have a balance in your trading account and wish to make a withdrawal, the first step is to transfer the funds to your internal wallet. Once the funds are in the internal wallet, you can proceed with the withdrawal request. Here's how:

  1. Go to the "Internal Transfer" Section.
  2. Select the Trading Account.
  3. Move the Balance to the Internal Wallet.
  4. Complete the Transfer.

Part 2: Requesting a Withdrawal to Your External Wallet

 Before initiating a withdrawal request, ensure that two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your account. For assistance with enabling 2FA, please refer to our tutorial.

Minimum Withdrawal: $50 USD

Fee: 1% but not less than $5 USD

  1. Go to the "E-Wallet" Section.
  2. Choose the Cryptocurrency.
  3. Enter Withdrawal Details.
  4. Save Wallet Address.
  5. Submit Your Request.

Confirmation of the Request

Once your request has been submitted:

  • You will receive an email confirming that your withdrawal request has been received.
  • The finance department will process and approve your request within 24 business hours, following the GMT+0 time zone.
