When you create an account with Be Prime Broker, your MT (MetaTrader) login credentials will be sent to you automatically via email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check other folders, such as spam or junk.
For easier access, you can also view your credentials directly from your user account. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on the Be Prime Broker platform.
- Go to the "Trading Account" section.
- Locate the account for which you need the credentials.
- Click the three dots (⋮) next to the account and select "Credentials."
You will find two types of passwords for MT access:
- Investor Password: This password allows you to view your trades and trading activity but restricts you from executing trades.
- Master Password: Use this password to execute trades and manage your account.
